House Wash and concrete cleaning in Fayetteville, AR

Here is a basic house wash and driveway cleaning project we completed last summer. To begin this project we first taped up all electrical outlets and locks on doors to prevent any cleaning solution from penetrating these areas and causing damage. This is an extra safety measure we take to be proactive in protecting the property we are cleaning. We then pulled out our hoses and wet all surfaces before applying any cleaning solution. Next, we apply our industry standard cleaning solution to the walls, soffits, and exterior of the gutters to the house. We let this sit for around 5-8 minutes, killing all organic growth in the process. Organic growth includes mold, mildew, and algae. This house had a bad case of black mold growing on the north exterior wall of the home. Once the cleaning solution did its job, we then thoroughly rinsed the entire house. After washing the house, we pressure washed the driveway. This driveway had not been washed in years and had built up a lot of mold and algae during that time. Using a surface cleaner, we were able to take care of all the organic growth, leaving this driveway looking like new again.
